However, it is the buyers responsibility, to be aware of and obey

Shipping
We
ship your purchase via UPS Shipping costs vary due to the fact that
each box must be weighed separately and each box must be insured. $18.00
and $25.00.usually covers shipping and handling costs. Most accessories
will need to be packaged in a separate box. In this case UPS charges
will need to be calculated as a separate amount for each box. Insurance
is calculated as .50 per $100.00 in value. Shipping of some guns is
slightly more based on the cost of insurance.
Order Acceptance
Please
note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and
must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or
cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your
order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for
purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or
problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance system. We may
also require additional verifications or information before accepting
any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is
canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.
If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, we
will issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the charge.
Return Policy
We make every effort to ship exactly what you Ordered, however, accidents do happen. In the event you did not receive what you order, please contact us immediately upon receiving your order-via phone: 248-969-0377 or Email: Precisionairguns@gmail.com. We will then supply you with a Call Tag for UPS to pick up the return at your convenience. We will also supply you with a RA Number (Return Authorization Number) to include with your Return.
We strive to carry High Quality, Dependable Merchandise. However, in the
event that your product is defective or fails to preform while still
under Warranty, the situation will be most quickly resolved by dealing
directly with the Distributor/Manufacturer. We have included the
customer service phone numbers
of our Distributors/Manufacturers wherever possible.
All exchanges, refunds must be authorized prior to making
the return.
We do not refund any shipping charges. Returned Items are
subject to a minimum 15 percent (15%) restocking fee.
